Hi, I’m Craig Hubert, Personal Trainer, Kinesitherapist, and founder of Altered, and I have a confession: I hate exercise!
Don’t get me wrong—I love the results and the benefits, but spending hours in the gym? That’s never made sense to me.
That’s why I created Altered—an alternative to big gyms and endless, unnecessary workouts. It’s for people who want a long-term solution to their health and fitness, built on science, not fads.
Our evidence-based, 30-minute sessions are backed by hundreds of peer-reviewed studies and thousands of real-world training sessions. By combining High Effort Resistance Exercises (H.E.R.E.) with isometric strength training, we deliver a results-driven program focused on accessibility, consistency, and safety.
