This is a carefully designed 6-week program for seniors, held three times per week. It focuses on improving balance and strength, lowering blood pressure, improving bone density, and enhancing daily performance.

BLACK DIAMOND STRENGTH $360
Built for skiers who want to dominate the mountain. This 10-week, 2x weekly isometric program targets the muscles and movements that matter—enhancing joint stability, leg strength, edge control, and endurance. More power, less fatigue, better performance—run after run.
